Description: Shalimar Vintage Pure Extrait 2 oz.. This is a beautiful bottle of magical Shalimar Pure Perfume Extrait. It's exotic, sensual, dark and irresistible! I wear it all the time and get many compliments! There is nothing like it! 2 ounce bottles are rare in this condition with the stickers indicating it is from the middle 70s. It measures 6" tall and 4" wide. There was slight damage to the inner purple box when I purchased it but I don't really care about the box. I wear the perfume not the box... tiny bit of damage on the outer box which has the same sticker indicating age on the bottom. See pictures. Shalimar was created in 1925 and named for The Gardens of Shalimar in Lahore, Pakistan and paid tribute to the love of Shah Jahan for his beautiful wife Mumtaz for whom he built the Taj Mahal.
