Description: You will receive the veneers in the pictures.Two pieces of 1/42" thick real authentic B. rosewood for head stock veneers. Each piece is about 7" long. Width is about 3 1/8" wide at the narrowest. This will cover the head stock of many models of acoustic guitar that are 2 7/8" wide at the top and about 2.5" wide before it necks down to the nut.Some warping (expected on veneer that is over 40 years old) particularly just on the one piece that is mostly lighter sap wood. It is easily fixed by clamping the veneer between two pieces of flat wood with a damp paper towel and then gluing it immediately to your headstock upon removal from the clamped state. I have personally used many warped pieces this way for builds without issue.I have lots of this material if you wanted to buy more than just two to save on shipping. Message me about a larger order.
