Description: SCHNEIDER KREUZNACH 210mm F5.6 symmar LENS EX++, made in Germany. It has marking 1:12 / 370 on it. The lens is perfectly clear, no fungus, blemish, cloud, or marks. The aperture is super smooth with clear clicks in sound and feel. It's an all metal piece, you can feel the weight. It comes with original front lens caps. The front cap is a push-on with deep blue velvet lining with gold Schneider Optik Kreuznach marking. There is no back lens cap. Everything is in EX++ condition. However I don't know what mount it is. When measure with precision caliper, the diameter is 38.9mm measured against the threads, and the threads spacing is very fine, about 4 turns per 4mm (1.0mm pitch), my best guess is M39 X 1.0 , likely a lens for large format. Just a guess, experts please advice and noted. Please see photos and ask questions. I will try my best to answer. The quality of the lens could be felt just by handling it, it is superb. An Ebay expert mentioned that "in the pictures ins the front half of a convertible symmar. The rear half is missing or not shown (it screws on to the back when the lens is in a shutter. This is how the lens converts."Please take that into consideration. It was stored in climate control laboratory until now, was purchased for a project long long time ago. Seldom or never used.
