Description: This vintage pocket knife from Schmidt & Ziegler (presumably based on the model number on the tang of the blade #8134 & that it's Solingen, Germany made) features a 4-blade congress design with brown bone handle. The blades are made of carbon steel with a plain edge, and the knife has a slipjoint lock type and manual opening mechanism. BEAUTIFUL knife, I love the look of that brown bone...one blade is chipped off about halfway & the rest have been well-worn/sharpened over the years. The scales are in great shape though! Nice & sharp blades too. The pen blade type and under 2.75in. blade range make it a perfect addition to any collection of vintage folding knives. Additionally, this pocket knife is ambidextrous and has not been modified, making it an original piece from Germany.
