Description: Offered is an original mid-World War Two production sling manufactured for use with the M1 Carbine rifle. This scarce and desirable sling is olive drab green in color and it shows precious little wear and only the most minor staining. It is full length and completely intact. All of the metal fittings are intact and function just as they should. It is has never been cleaned, repaired, or otherwise messed with. This sling is both maker marked and dated. 1944. This sling is offered with a scarce original and early blued ISP marked oiler. This oiler retains its leather washer which, simple as it may be, is a very tough find. This rig is offered exactly as pictured. Original c-tip slings are difficult to come by and marked slings that much more difficult. Tough to upgrade.
