Published the year before he passed away. 200 pages. Measures approximately 5 1/2 x 6 3/4 x 1/2 inches (13.97 x 17.5 x 1.27 cm). This is a previously owned vintage book. It is in very good condition for its age, but, like most used books, it has flaws and I want you to be aware of them before you make your purchase. Please see all the pictures and note that this particular book has: bent cover cornerssome creases, indentations, and scuffing to the spinebumped cover cornersa mildly scuffed coveredge-wear along the bottom and top of spine edgessome bowing of the covers (easiest to see in the 4th photo)a small dent in part of the cover edgediscoloration/stain to the rear cover (is not water damage, as can be seen by how clean the inside back cover is (see next-to-last photo))some pages with creases (primarily from the binding process (see 10th photo))some separation between the title page and frontispiece (see 8th photo)some stains and general dirtinessage toningnewspaper or other clipping(s) tucked between pages resulting in acidic stain(s) that match the outline of the clipping(s) (see photos 21 and 22)no dust jacketone of the strings used in the binding is a different color from the other(s) and is coming up a little bit in the middle of the book (see 14th photo) I try to give a very thorough description, but it's possible I missed something.
