Description: SCARCE! 1912 Auto Polo at Hilltop Park, New York Original Photo by George Grantham Bain. Photo Measures Approximately 5" x 7". Image is crystal clear with "Auto Polo" written inset at top of photo. Top right corner and lower left corner have been clipped with some minor surface wear present. The automobiles appear to have collided sending the players spilling out to the ground and one hanging on for deal life. Reverse has a George Grantham Bain and Dec. 21, 1912 date stamp, and two Culver Service stamps. The December 21, 1912 stamp is a little over two months from the New York Higlanders last game at Hilltop Park on October 5, 1912.
