Description: We are offering a Rare business card for "Saturday Mail - the Largest Weekly Circulation - save one in New England". The name "R.R. Bodge, Supt. of Advertising Department" is at the bottom. The card has a steel-cut engraved illustration of a man in an official uniform, with a badge on his jacket, possibly a mail carrier, hurrying to make a delivery of the publication that obviously was delivered every Saturday. (2 1/2" x 3 1/2") NOTE - when we first looked up "Saturday Mail" weekly publication to get some information about it, we did find a little bit on it, that dated it in the late 1890s, and we believe it was published in Boston - it was sort of a short blurb on it, not giving very much information about it. But now, when we searched again, nothing at all came up on it - not sure why.
