Question: It sounds to me like the crackers will be soggy after you add the oil and the sassy cracker mix, won't they break up in the bag when you mix them?Answer: Actually they don't, the oil coats them and allows the mix to adhere to the cracker. Once you allow them to "rest" and open the bag to try one, you will be surprised at how crunchy they are. It is almost as if you have baked the crackers and they taste more crunchy to me than the original cracker. Question: The mix is listed as gluten free, how can I make gluten free sassy crackers?Answer: Just buy a good brand of gluten free crackers and turn them into a premium gluten free snack. Your friends who are on a gluten free diet will love these. Question: I am not sure I can tolerate the heat in some of your flavors, what do you advise?Answer: We have taste tested these flavors at many shows and most folks actually prefer the original flavor even though it does contain enough pepper to make it sassy. I would only use the habanero for friends and family who like a little more hot and spicy in their snacks. Our Roasted Garlic is the mildest one of our mixes.
