Though they do sometimes malfunction, if your tree is not responding, or showing odd colors and sections, it is more likely the green receiver is malfunctioning and your remote is fine. If you have corresponded with me before purchase about which one to get, and I have agreed or suggested on the correct one, I will allow a return with no problem.
