Description: Im selling this as pre owned but I dont believed it was ever used. The factory stickers that go on the signs are still on the paper. The battery box was empty and clean. I did put battery's in it and tested it. The box has a small piece missing up top by the handle see pics, I taped it on each side and it functions as it should.
