Use the measurement photos to determine if it will fit! You are looking at a Santa DJ Christmas Ugly Sweater from Forever 21, with 3 dimensional features of a pompom, 'whiskers' and sequins. The brand & size tag are missing from the top, but the brand is on the lower tag, see photo. There are two small snags, see last two photos. There are no other marks, stains, tears or other damage I can find. Please examine all photos as they are part of the condition description. I always include photos of long sleeve and pant leg ends (hems), whether they are completely clean, damaged or stained. Common place for it and this way you can see for yourself. These look great!
