Don't drop it!separate the shifter pieces, unsolder the sport mode button (there is no connector)take the circlip that holds the lockout handle on out, don't drop it! remove the handletake the front of the shifter off, pull up.take the shift plate outchange the pieces, reassemble in reverse. Tape or lightly glue the torx screw to the screwdriver in order to get it in. that's the hardest part.The only thing that is a pain is that there is no connector on the sport mode button and you have to unsolder and resolder it.
