Closes with either a pin or safety pin. Condition Details: Very Good - There are various watermarks over the piece, a larger area on the right side seam. There is no closure and there is no evidence that there was one, this was made to be pinned at the waist. There are several small pinhead sized holes/marks along the waistband.
