We’ve seen the “Dairy Cow Barns”, now Rubber Ducky isopod fans behold this brand new BMP Rubber Ducky Luxury Cave I have created from scratch! May help promote breeding and the integrated feeder is great for babies up to adults to comfortably forage/feed and then retreat back inside the Cave after a meal! My isopods are utilizing these caves and I am able to see my Rubber Duckies more often being that they are found in limestone caves in nature. Breeding isn’t a guarantee but it seems to help, plus the Luxury Cave is lightweight yet strong so no worries about crushing any of your pods when removing the Hide for cleaning and/or inspecting your colony. I recommend placing the cave in the center of your enclosure so the isopods can regulate humidity and still use the cave without drying out, also crushing real limestone into small pieces and placing that inside the cave floor with a bit of sphagnum moss to hold humidity is ideal, then place your preferred food in the feeder dish and watch your Rubber Duckies claim their new cave! Different color variation’s are coming but the black works great and maintains a dark space inside, plus I have other items I’m designing to list, just FYI! I’ve included a pic with a Blue and Orange Cave because the black doesn’t show off the details that well in the photo’s, this listing is for a Black Luxury Cave Only just to be clear. For those that do not want black, other colors & variations will be coming soon so be sure to take another look at these in the near future. I will say that any multi color variants I make will be making in the future will be more expensive then a single color Cave so get this for less and it does the same thing, will be listing more of these in the near future!
