When hitting a pothole, off-road trail obstacle or similar activity, Rancho?`s Progressive Engagement Valving allows for early flow of fluid, helping to reduce harsh initial impacts and to control the flow of fluid in a progressive, gradual manner through the valving. During on- or off-road driving activities like washboard roads or when traveling a rough fire road, the early flow of fluid helps to minimize a "rough" ride as the piston movement is able to glide through the initial travel motion of the shock with minimal ground impact or force. Minor oil leak in the shock is usually not considered a warranty issue. Returns We will not give a refund on any parts that have not been pre-approved. We require that you contact us by email or through eBay return process (if it is a whole order that needs to be returned) for a RA# number & instructions prior to returning any parts. RA must be requested up to 30 days after the item is delivered. Any RA requested after the 30 day cutoff will be declined. Item cannot be installed or attempted to be installed, and must be returned in perfect sellable condition in order to receive the full credit. Item must be received by us up to 30 days after the RMA is requested. Incorrect/damaged merchandise MUST be reported 3 days after receiving the item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the returned item.
