Baker and owned by the Seaside Snug Harbor Company. In 1940, eight studios were added on above the office and in 1963, the two-story oceanfront building was constructed adding 26 more apartments to the rental operation, bringing the total to 51. In 1973, the apartments were sold and are now individually owned with many owners renting out their units.Condition Description is normal wear associated with an old postcard or photo; it might have creases, corner bumps, edge/corner wear, and writing on the front and/or back.
