Description: Royal Artist by Buescher True Tone Low-Pitch Eb Alto Saxophone Silver 1923 Buescher saxes have always been well known to play great and sound incredible. This one follows the trend and it is awesome. It was manufactured in1923 by Buescher and is a stencil horn for Royal Artist, Bruno, NY. Silver plate is 95% complete, with a gold wash bell. Only a few minor dings. It was just overhauled and was a 5 month labor of love to bring it back to player condition. Fully repadded, recorked, refelted, cleaned and polished, lubed and adjusted. Checked out by several pro players. You may need a few minor adjustments by your local instrument tech to get it to your particular feel and liking. Comes with end piece, neck, mouthpiece, ligature, & cap all original in original case with new handle. Also includes a silver-plated reed clipper, which I have left in its original corroded state to show the condition this horn was in before overhaul. Also included a contemporary strap and original reed case. As with any good instrument store, if you don't like this horn for any reason, just return it in the condition you received (you play the shipping) it for a full refund, minus a 5% cleaning and restocking fee.
