Roman Polanski film director, producer, writer, and actor best known for his work in the 1974 films Knife in the Water, Repulsion, Rosemary's Baby, Chinatown staring Jack Nicholson and The Pianist. Mr. Polanski is hands down one of the most difficult autographs to obtain the hobby. Polanski fled to France on February 1st, 1978 following his legal troubles. Mr. Polanski has resided in France and Switzerland since 1978 and has never returned to the United States since 1978. This particular photograph was signed at his residence in Switzerland several years ago. He is an extremely reclusive man and one of the hobby’s toughest autographs to obtain.
