Roland JX-3P Original Analog Synthesizer (1983) *PG-200 NOT included*

Description: DEMO VIDEO COMING SOON Now for sale, is an original, vintage, Roland JX-3P Analog Synthesizer. Roland first released this model in 1983. I purchased this synth in 1997 from Guitar Showcase in San Jose, CA and have owned it since then. After it was packed in storage for some time, it is time to sell this incredible instrument. NOTE: Originally in the early 80's, Roland would sell this synth along with a separate unit, the "PG-200", which was a box that would magnetically attach to the top of the JX-3P and contained dials, which was used to edit the sounds. https://www.muzines.co.uk/articles/roland-jx-3p-and-pg-200/12023?theme=2 However, when I purchased this synth in 1997, it did not come with the PG-200 with it. HOWEVER, there are still ways to edit the sounds on the JX-3P using the synthesizer itself, without needing to use the PG-200. I will include with this synth a reprint of the original User's Manual that explains how to do this. This synth is recently refurbished with several new parts installed. Disclosure- LFO button does work, but performance of this button is spotty. Otherwise, this 41 year old Roland Synthesizer is in great working condition. If you want to give an authentic "Old School/Funky" or "Classic Rock" analog synthesizer sound to your music production, this is a awesome synth to supply that sound. FROM WIKIPEDIA: The JX-3P is a six-note polyphonic, 2 DCOs, 61 key synthesizer with sawtooth, 50 and 10% pulse waveforms, and a noise generator. It has 32 factory programs in ROM, and user memory for 32 programs.The JX-3P also features a built-in 128-step polyphonic sequencer that can be synchronized to external devices, such as drum machines, connected to its simple clock pulse input jack. MIDI clock synchronization is not supported.As one of the earliest MIDI devices, the JX-3P's MIDI implementation is basic, supporting only note on/off, pitch bend, hold, modulation and program change messages. Neither "System Exclusive" nor "Continuous Controllers" (CC) are implemented, so external patch storage or real-time parameter updates are not possible through MIDI (except with third-party upgrades).The JX-3P is fully programmable from its front panel. To do so, each synthesis parameter must be selected numerically, then its value can be adjusted with a single slider.
