Description: This is for a an HO scale train Santa Fe 2-8-8-2 locomotive steam engine & tender with box made by Rivarossi for AHM. This Mallet train engine is in excellent condition. There is nothing broken on the engine or tender, none of the lettering is worn off and the coupler on the tender is a Kadee coupler and it works fine. I have tested the engine on my track and it runs great forward and reverse and the headlight works as well. The plastic insert in the box is broken in a few places. The box and insert are good for storage but not for shipping. I will pack the engine and tender separately from the box so that they do not get damaged in shipping.
