Rift White Oak is a tight straight (not perfectly) grain. The adhesive is already on the product. Simply trim to size and peel off the protective liner and apply to a clean smooth surface and trim with a utility knife or similar. There is a paper backer also on the product to hold it together and make it flexible. Photos are representative of actual stock which will vary in color and grain since this is a natural product.
