Description: Richard Florsheim is one of our greatest contemporary mid-western artists. Born in Chicago in 1916, he studied first at the University of Chicago and then headed for Europe where he studied independently in France, Italy, the Near East, and Central Europe. His work is included in permanent collections at the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan, Library of Congress, N.Y., public library, as well as numerous other public institutions and museums in 16 foreign countries. This lithograph comes from the collection of J. and B. Pollack. The frame and more importantly, the lithograph, are in excellent condition and ready for display.
