Distinct, brightly colored, slightly curved, rhombohedral crystals of Cobaltoan Dolomite from 3 to 6mm contrast nicely with the dark gray matrix. It can also be seen that the earlier formed, pink Dolomite underlies the the later generation of magenta, colored Cobaltoan Dolomite. This is a gorgeous specimen from older finds at this locality.
