Basically what you see is what you get. This comes in a blu-ray case with the cover & inner insert. As far as disc condition, there are some superficial marks on the disc. Difficult to picture, but I did include a pic for you to try and see. It isn't terrible, I just want to be clear that it is not perfect. Also, as pictured, there is a crack/missing piece in the bottom right hand of the case. That is it. Let's get this boxed up & shipped out to you. If you have any questions, just ask.
