Description: This is a rare, classic Rene Lalique perfume bottle designed for the Le Lys scent sold by D'Orsay in the 1920s. The bottle stands 17.8cm tall and is 13cm wide and is clear with a golden yellow stain. The overall pattern has been designed around elegantine flower petals. The stopper is disc-shaped with a molded elegantine flower petal having the Le Lys D'Orsay labeling around the stamen. One surface of the bottle body is covered with molded elegantines. The base of the bottle shows the R. Lalique mark molded on the bottom with FRANCE etched on the inside of the bottom. Also, there are matching ciphers on the base of both the stopper and the bottle as shown in the photographs. The piece is in very good condition with minor edge roughness on the inside of the bottle lid as shown. The bottle displays nicely and would certainly add to both the beauty and value of your Lalique collection. The perfume bottle will be double-boxed and shipped insured for the full value with signature of receipt required.
