Replacement generic white sleeve looks good; light scuffing (front/back); discoloration spots on one side. Minor shelf-wear along edges and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use. Original label sleeve NOT included. Cream-colored label with WB watermarks. (Not a cut-out.) ABOUT THE RECORDBang and Blame, by REM, was released as the second single from their album, Monster. The song was R.E.M.'s last to reach the top 40 on the US Billboard Hot 100, peaking at No. 19, and was also their last No. 1 single on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart.
