Description: This is a blue plush monster manufactured in Canada by Regal Toy Limited. I am not sure if it is suppose to be a Cookie Monster from Sesame Street knock-off or just a blue monster with a big mouth. It is vintage, probably from around 1970, since it has a 1968 Stuffed Articles tag and Sesame Street started in 1969. It has some wear to the neck ribbon, fading to the felt, discolouration to the long blue plush, and just general pre-loved wear. It does not have any loose seams or foul doors.
