Description: Up for sale is this stunning and very rare dated 1863 Reed and Barton silver plate tea and coffee set. Pattern # 2062, the set features a bust image of a beautiful Greco-Roman inspired woman on the front of each piece. Each piece is dated on the bottoms "1863". Some of the pieces are marked on the bottom "REED AND BARTON 2062" but, on others, the mark is either partially or fully worn off due to age. The set contains a teapot, coffee pot, creamer, lidded sugar and waste bowl. The other side, opposite of the woman's bust image, is a fancy monogram "F" or "H" (I believe). The set is in nice condition, especially for the antique age, with just some wear to some of the images (although all are quite discernable and gorgeous!), minor wear to the plating an a few very minor dents. All these issues are commensurate and expected with the antique age of the set. All in all, a great and very hard to find set!! We do not determine shipping costs! Shipping cost is based on a 16X16X16 inch box at 10- 11 pounds, determined by eBay using these dimensions and the buyer’s location. 30 day return guarantee. We ship daily Monday through Friday. All purchases paid for on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
