Gloss black finish with a duplex reticle. It also has the rangefinder, 200 to 600 yds. Without paying $5000 for an original, this is about as close as you will come to an original M 40 sniper model. Condition is near mint, no use marks to speak of, SN Y42184. The optics are clear.
