Description: FROM MADEIRA WITH LOVE..... As a lot...... 10 matching wheel cut footed crystal wine tumblers from Madeira Island Portugal. Madeirans prefer to drink Madeira wine in smallish tumblers, filled to the brim as opposed to tall stemware. This lot is of good quality, coming from a recent estate liquidation. The pattern is a stylized floral, composed of a flower represented by an acid etched dot, atop stylized leaves. They stand 3 1/2 inches tall and measure 2 1/2 inches across the top with a capacity of 5 ounces. Although previously used, none have chips, cracks or abrasions. I noticed one with a tiny bubble in the body of one that was born in the making. I inserted a standard size playing card in one photo as a size reference. All ten glasses as a lot. MUCH OBLIGED
