The traycase is one of the most attractive by Subterranean Press.Laid in with this copy is a copy of the chapbook Pie and Coffee in Hollywood, also inscribed by Garton "To Tom." The chapbook published by Camelot Books and Gifts in 2001 prints a chapter left out of Sex and Violence. The chapbook is fine in wrappers (paper covers).
