Shipping: Items are packed using new and recycled materials as often as possible - bubble wrap/paper/foam/peanuts, etc. I ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx and try to source the very best pricing based on weight, dimension and distance and is sent with tracking. Returns: I do not offer returns. I do ask that you contact me prior to opening any case with EBay in the event of any issue. Should your concern illicit a return, the item must be returned to me in the same condition it was received. Your refund will be processed after 48 hours of receiving the item and condition is evaluated. Received Damaged items: In the rare event your item is damaged during shipping (I pack well but accidents during shipping do happen) I require the buyer to send photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and shipping label. This is required so I can submit an insurance claim to the shipping carrier as all of my items are sent 100% insured and photos are requirement of USPS, UPS and FedEx.
