Description: Up for sale is this Rational SCC 62 Electric Steam & Convection (Combi) Oven purchased from a county auction in hardly used condition. I do not have access to 3 phase power that it requires (208 or 480V - toggle switch inside), but hired an appliance tech to come in and check it out for me. Take a look at the photos of the interior, and you will see how clean it is, showing hardly any signs of usage. He checked over what he could (wiring, fuses, water lines) and concluded that this unit is in like-new condition. The school must have purchased it for their foodservice department, but ended up going with an external vendor. Hard to tell exactly, but this a solid unit in excellent condition.
