Mark is famously known for discovering the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book & securing the licensing deal with Playmates resulting in one of the most successful toy lines in history, he was also a Producer of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon and Producer of Wild West C.O.W. Boys of Moo Mesa cartoon and was responsible for the licensing of the Cowboys of Moo Mesa products.
