The elastic band remains intact although it's dry and might crumble at any moment. The inside of the mask is stamped Austin Art - 29-cents. Please be advised that this is not a "perfect" mask. It's in wonderful, unused condition, but few things are ever truly mint. This sources from an enormous collection of vintage Halloween masks and other items that source from a warehouse find of similar items.
