I believe you could remove this piece with fine tweezers of similar tool. It is not bonded to the LCD and slides laterally. Rare. I have not seen another of this model! Features world clock / alarms / calculator. Speaker for sound. I put NEW Renata Swiss Silver batteries in it to test. Included.
