It contains everything pictured including 35 ration cards (7 butter, 7 coffee, 6 gas, 8 meat, 7 sugar), 40 release cards, 2 wood dice, 8 wood cars, the board, instructions, and box with inserts albeit in rough shape. The issue with the box and inserts appear to be the tape has broken down, and could probably be repaired or replaced. Please look at the pictures to determine the condition for yourself. NOTE: Everything will be packaged securely (all pieces will be bagged together, and all cards together).
