Description: Very Rare Hammock Metal Frame Vintage 1960s Fringe Orange Mid Century Modern Astro Cot 1969 McArthur Astro Cot four point contact hammock with green metal frame. This retro Mid Century hammock wasn't used much and the fabric is strong and in great condition, still has a bright orange color and it disassembles for compact off-season storage. The metal frame stand has some minor finish wear from normal use. This hammock does not swing since it is attached on four points, thus its name, "Astro Cot." Measurements: 94.5" long total. Hammock measures 78.5" x 33", good for a child or an adult. On one side the some fringe is missing a little. There is a small spot in the fabric of discoloration and also a very tiny hole.
