It's a vintage THIN copper award/sign from True Value Hardware stores for Distinguished Merchandising. It was presented to Cronins True Value Hardware. It has some condition issues, but it can be bent very easily. The hole in the center can be pretty much fixed with some patience and bending the metal back.
