Condition: Very Good (Early brown binding)Some wear along the edges and corners of the cover. There is a slight tear with a tiny piece off at the bottom near the binding of the front cover. The inside of the front cover has someone's name and "In Hospital" written in blue ink. The back cover has some of the surface off from the middle left edge to the bottom edge. There is a small area off, from the binding edge near the bottom on the back cover. Pages are still crisp. Page corners have a tiny crease. Some of the pages have wear along the bottom and right edge Size: 7 3/4" x 6 1/4" x 1/4" Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
