Description: Hello, this listing is for an awesome and vintage-antique Rare Victorian Sterling Silver Sewing Needle or Pin Holder with Fancy Intricate Repousse as pictured . There is a mark I cannot make out as shown but has been tested as Sterling Silver (.925-.800) . This great unit is in nice vintage condition with patina as shown . Measures approx. 3-1/2" long with the cap in place as shown by approx. 9/16" at the widest. Does not have a ring for attaching as a Chatelaine accessory .Looks to have a script " D " in the oval cartouche as shown- Looks like the Durgin logo mark but may be just personalization ???
