Rare UK Great Britain 1845 - 1965 Type Set Coin in 3 Whitman Albums All AU/BU/MS

Description: For your serious consideration is this rare set of 3 Whitman Bookshelf albums containing UK type set coins from 1845 to 1965. collected painstakingly over the past decade. Here are my objectives/methodology for building this set (see coin summary at end!): 1. Collecting coins within a narrow band of slider grades, i.e. nothing below AU 58 (incl. detailed due to light cleaning), but nothing above MS 62 either. So there is no filler coins but don't expect anything of GEM grade or above, which give the albums uniform looks; 2. All coins have been collected with the idea of year sets in mind. For example, farthing, half penny, penny, 3 pence, 6 pence, shilling, florin, half crown and crown for Edward era (hence belonging to the same type) have been collected for the year of 1902, etc, so that you could potentially sell these coins in year sets when you decide to sell this collection; 3. The albums are designated as "Series 7" in my collection as the year sets mentioned in 2 above mostly end the last year digit of "7". Hence I have 1847 set, 1887 set, 1897 set, 1917 set, 1937 set, except for the year 1902, 1928, 1951, 1953 and 1965, for which it is not possible to follow this principle due to minting decision made then. 4. Wherever possible, certified coins (mostly NGC, PCGS, and some ANACS) have been collected, especially for the Victorian era and/or high-valued coins (see the photos). I will send the certification tags along with the collection; 5. Use high-quality albums only. In fact the albums for the minor type and silver type coins were bought brand-new and the one for Victorian coins is almost new! I use bookshelf albums because they can lie flat nicely in a safety deposit box. These 3 albums were long out of print and they alone could fetch more than $200 alone in today's market. This set is for serious collectors only. Please review all coins carefully and ask questions if any before proceeding to a purchase decision. If you need photos of a particular coin, please do so. Ebay wouldn't allow me to post more than 15 photos for this listing. Because the albums contain raw coins, albeit quite some were taken out of certification slabs, I will not accept return once purchased by a potential buyer. Moreover, the potential buyer needs to have at least 100 Ebay rating AND 99% positive reviews or above to proceed with his/her purchase.
