There are scratches, but you are not buying this for its looks. I use a liquid UV glue based glass screen protectors all the time that 100% cover up all scratches on the screen making it near mint. The glass protector was removed in the attached pictures so you know what is there. The rear glass is easy to have replaced. If you know what you are doing you can pass SafetyNet on this for Google Pay along with LSposed if you want.
