Description: This rare putter was designed by Sandy Reese as a multi use putter. One like it, from the same maker, was featured in the 2009 book Seven Days at The Links of Utopia and made into the movie with Robert Duvall in 2011, Seven Days in Utopia as a face on (sidesaddle) putter. Very well made, precision machined, and heavy feeling. Center shafted and face balanced. A key part of the design is the unique ability to adjust the lie angle. The metal of the shaft attachment is formulated to be adjusted and held at the desired angle using the pictured adjustment screws. You can easily go from an upright 80 degree lie angle with a long shaft to a short shaft with a more traditional lie. The putter is in good shape but as you see in the photos a few scratches. Weight can easily be adjusted with the two weight ports in the back and a variety of weights is included. It is a great putter and a collector’s piece you can actually use.
