Description: Antique Botanical Print, White Peony, was originally created by French botanist and illustrator Pierre Joseph Redouté (1759-1840). This graceful botanical print with touches of color, has been duplicated/reproduced uniquely painted on a warm crackle wood panel. Wood frame has a hand painted ivy leaf painted pattern. Back of frame “Paragon Picture Gallery” & “artist unknown” as to whomever created this artwork from the reproduced Pierre Joseph Redouté print. Is a vintage piece & per Paragon is no longer available. Purchased from a local designer studio/retailer (now closed). Has light vintage wear, light scratches/nicks, noted frame edges & back of frame. In good vintage condition. Very clean, dry, non- smoking home. One of a set of four, each listed separately.
