Rare HUGE Anthurium Indonesian Variant Hookeri x Wave Of Love Red Vein 41" Tall

Description: A rare offering of a large Anthurium Indonesian hybrid of Hookeri x Wave of Love. Its leaves are thick, elongated, undulated purple margins, dark-green mixed with pink, gold, and purple with a tint of reddish-black and an unusual very prominent red to maroon intricate venation. The dark color maintained providing bright light; if grown in shade, leaves turn towards dark-green with a tint of reddish-black, but turn back to black with bright light. This is an exotic and rare plant to find, is a great addition to any collection, plan for an area 3-4 feet wide as it matures dramatically outwards. She is a beautiful very well established one that had just unfurled its largest new leaf in dark purple almost black just like the rest of her leaves and is about to push out its newest leaf. Just beautiful! She reminds me of A. Renaissance. Standing at 41" tall by 34" wide. Largest leaf measures 25" long by 10" wide (not including the thick short purple petioles with robust roots that is crowding in the pot and should be repotted. She is a stunning plant to add to your collection. It will take some time to get her to this size. She has acclimated to a regular household temps without the need for extra humidity. I have her in my family room that gets indirect western sun and she loves it! Can be Place in a medium to bright room away from direct sunlight, pot in an aroid mix and water when the soil feels dry.
