Rare Disney Cruise DCL Wonder Inaugural Framed Art Pin Ariel, Steamboat, Donald

Description: I have searched high and low for information on this piece as well as these pins. This seems to be a rare piece again from the same gentleman's home who worked for pin factory. I can't find this Donald nephews pin anywhere in this color or design, ariel or steamboat Mickey. I Have found one similar but not the same. This piece is numbered 12/500. I am assuming there was 500 pins like this made? If you have any info please share! Piece is being sold as is. You get what you see The front plexiglass piece is all scratched up I tried to use a magic eraser to remove lines. The back is as shown.
