They do have some dirt specs behind the lens as you look through. I believe its under the eye pieces since the outer side lenes can be removed and was cleaned carefully. 1 side that unscrews has a slight crack in the metal where it screws as seen pictured, but it screws on tight and doesn't look to effect it any. The leather strap has broken before and 1 side is zip tied. The case is in good condition, the only thing is 1 spring on the latch is broken. Overall, in great condition and a rare set of binoculars.
