Description: This is a beautiful set of Chesterfield's letters, the collection of father-son letters that are still very readable today. This edition, published by Tegg in 1827, is in overall very good condition. The small, leather and gilt bindings are in good shape; the hinges are cracked on Volume Three. Pages are very clean and sharp in all three books. Very minor wear on the spines (please see photos). Very few complete sets of the 1827 edition are available in such good condition.
